Please submit a sample of "Jaae1.exe" to Virus Total --
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
The submission will then be tested against many different AV vendor's scanners.
That will give you an idea what it is and who recognizes it. In addition, unless told
otherwise, Virus Total will provide the sample to all participating vendors.

You can also submit a suspect, one at a time, via the following email URL...
mailto:[email protected]?subject=SCAN

When you get the report, please post back the exact results.

Dave....

1st off THX for your quick answer

then... i would submit it if i could only find it but i could not!!!!
i'm not even sure that is a virus...but judging by the way it replicate
into the REG. i think it is...

Any tips on how to find where it is hiding?

well, since you know the process name i assume you can see it running in
the task manager program... process explorer from
http://www.sysinternals.com is free and is basically a improved version
of the task manager that can, among other things, tell you where on the
disk the process was started from...

Hi Kurt,

right i was able to tell the name as i use a small prog whose name is
prcview.

Anyway in the meantime i dwlded free AVG and i think i removed the
virus...hopefully...

THX Guys for the help

David
