IVT drivers from 2007/07/11 ruined my USB Bluetooth support

After installing the IVT Corporation USB Divers my USB Bluetooth adapter is
no longer recognised. How can I remove these drivers (they are located in an
inf file oem22.inf). That is - how can I uninstall the inf file. (Roll back
does not work)...
