I recently received my new laptop with BCM installed. However, the BCM
content of Outlook INTERMITTENTLY loads! I checked the 'disabled' area under
Help, do see the BCM content in the 'Start Menu', and am lost for options. I
loaded a bunch of items already and hope I haven't lost them. Please help!
 
Close your Outlook. Navigate to this registry key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.1

Make sure that this Registry D_Word value for Load Behavior is set to 3. If
the value for LoadBehavior is something other than 3, make a backup of the
registry, edit LoadBehavior to set it to 3, then restart Outlook.

Try adding a new database file through File --> New --> Outlook Datafile -->
Business Contact Manager Database.
