and I'm thinking this has to be one of the worst programs ever put out by
microsoft...it's a total kluge ... how the heck can you have a crm package
that you can't add fields to or modify the templates of???!!!!! I mean how
much more ridiculous does it get?! Helllo MS ... we all work
differently...duh....I need to have questions and comments on the contact
form that conform to my needs and they aren't the same as the other 3 million
small businesses!
Maybe I'm missing something, but how the heck do I get an email in my inbox
to get converted to business contact or account??? When I right click, it
only lets me add to contacts and I can't find a button or a menu to load the
email address into a new biz contact...can that be true? that I have to
manually enter every new business contact? Please tell me it's not ...
Also, why aren't the SBA fields in an outlook BCM form available when I do a
mail merge??? Again, how stupid is that? You only make available the outlook
fields for a new document instead of all the fields that the outlook form has
on it...again, am I missing something???
and I won't even start on all the small things that are wrong....it's
unfriendly, inconvenient, confusing, and inefficient...other than that, it
works well.
It boggles my mind that a multi-billion dollar company, many years late to
market, would put out garbage like this.
