I've Lost the Toolbar! How do I get it back?

I don't know how I did it, but I have lost/hidden the standard toolbar and the toolbar below on microsoft word. I would like to know how do I make the toolbar (that includes file, edit, print, etc.) reappear. I have tried to right click everywhere, I've pressed thousands of combinations of keys but nothing! Please help
