Hi:

I lost my "click" sound in IE6 this morning.

I had been trying to use Real One Player, but it hard
crashed my computer (again) so I uninstalled it. I can
currently hear every sound on my computer (prompts, XP
startup/shutdown, audio and video in Windows Media
Player, etc.) except for one: The good old
familiar "click" in Internet Explorer whenever you click
on a link.

I checked my list of "Sounds" in Control Panel, and I
don't even see anything like it listed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Line 6, left "restore system default sounds" (I'm pretty sure that one
comes under the heading of navigation).

Actually, given the Real Player mention, first you might want to apply
line 6, right "restore the ding.wav".
