Are you really sure you deleted IE or have deleted the shortcut to IE ?

Naviagte to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and see if their is a file in
that folder called IEXPLORE.EXE, if their is then you have not deleted IE you
just need to recreate your shortcut to it.
