IUSR_servername default regional settings change

Server was installed with US regional settings

I changed to UK

Iuser_servername when first run picked up US regional settings and i cant
change (cant/wont login as this user)

Anyone know how to change Iuser_servername regional settings ?

Have you tried to add

<globalization culture="en-GB" uiCulture="en-GB"/>

in to the web.config?
