There are a few tracks I have burned to CD that at are a lower volume
than the rest of the tracks. I tried burning with the "sound check"
feature enabled to equalize the sound level, but it did not bring the
volume up on those tracks. It lowered the volume on ALL tracks
including the problem tracks. Those tracks are still noticeably lower
than the rest of the CD and are now even lower in volume than they
were when burned without "sound check" on.
Is there any easy way to increase the recording level when burning
CDs? I'm trying to burn a CD where all tracks are near the same sound
level. Now I need to raise the volume for a few tracks, then lower
the volume again when the rest of the CD plays too loud.
Can I take the iTunes CD and burn another copy through another
application that will equalize the sound levels more effectively?
