I used to be able to connect to the Music Store on my computer. Now when I
try it says "Check to be sure network is active". I am online and connected.
I can not figure out what changed and why on this one computer I can not
connect.

I have a similiar problem that gives me an error code of(-3221) and the
network is not active. I added itunes so the Firewall is updated but still
no luck. Can anyone help??

I and lots of other people have the same problem. Some blame it on Itunes,
others on a Windows update or state that the problem appaired after running
Windows Live Safety...

In trying to pinpoint what was wrong I went very basic.
Just did : Internet Explorer; Url Apple.com, Itunes and then:
Connect to Music Store.
Internet Explorer comes back and tells you to contact your system
administrator as it has blocked the access to the site.
IE says the same thing with Windows Firewall On or Off, with or without the
Apple site registered in Trusted sites.

So it is not Itunes software, not a Windows firewall isue but somehow XP
thinks that you run a risk.

do u hav any other anti-virus, firewall or anti-spyware software? if so, create a rule to allow itunes or turn them off. if not, just open itunes and click music store that way.
