You know how My Videos and My Pictures has that 'different' symbol on them?

Well, at some point, my My Music folder seems to have lost that or been
deleted or something.

I noticed this because my iTunes abruptly began claiming it couldnt find 'My
Music'. As I went through the long list of possible fixes, I got to Microsoft
Tweak UI (In order to re-set where it finds the 'My Music' folder) only to
discover that 'My Music' is NOT on the list! My Pictures, My Documents and a
host of other programs and folders are.. but not My Music.

I believe this happened as a result of reinstalling my Windows XP. (Through
an ordered SP2 cd from Microsoft, since the online update wouldn't work.)

Regardless of WHY this problem has occured, I cannot find a way to fix it.

I have exhausted iTunes help files and have tried to simply create a new 'My
Music' folder, I've tried the 'repair icon' button in Tweak UI... nothing
works.

iTunes error message is 'The folder 'iTunes' cannot be found or created, and
is required.
The default location for this folder is inside the "My Music" folder.'

Any help would be appreciated. Oh! When I log out and log in as a guest,
iTunes WILL open. It's only in my normal user account that it has this error.

Further searching has revealed that the inability to see the 'My Music' icon
in the dropdown menu is common.

If your iTunes gives you this error, the quickest and easiest fix is to hold
down the SHIFT key as you click on iTunes to open it.

This will prompt the program to ask if you want to create a new library. Do
so, save it wherever you like and then iTunes will open (at last) as normal.

You will need to re-import your music.
