Windows Vista itune and vista application error

hello i am new to this i can't get the i tune software which i download to work on my laptop, i get an in valid win32 application error.

Can anyone help me

Bottom line ... not really compatible with Vista, either get a Mac, revert back to XP or ask Apple if they will support their rival Microsoft at anytime in the future.
