It's not working, no toolbar, can't access files

Can someone help me get Business Contact manager working again. It did once.
I tried to do a fix and repair, things were no better.
 
Mad ups to Jim D who found this fix:

The fix:

run reg edit: Start->Run->regedit
Go under the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" folder
Then go under "Software"
Then right click on the "Microsoft" folder and export it to some file as a
backup.
After making a backup we deleted the following two folder under the
"Microsoft" category.

"BusinessSolutions eCRM"
"Office"

Then logged off of the machine and logged back in.

After this I was able to launch Outlook 2007 and BCM and I did not get any
of the crazy behaviors I was experiencing.

I did it and it solved the BCM problem. 1,000 more to go.
