It's Deductible

Every time I open Microsft Spyware It's Deductible tries to install itself.
This also occured when I first installed the program. Why? How can I stop it?
 
I was not able to uninstall "It's Deductible Express" from my computer using
Control Panel because the Add/Remove Programs tool couldn't find the
itsdeductibleex.msi install file. (Neither could I; it was gone from my hard
drive.) To fix the problem, I downloaded and installed the "Windows
Installer Clean Up" utility from Microsoft and used it to remove It's
Deductible Express. It worked great. Now Microsoft Antispyware opens with
no problems at all.
