Items Won't Open In New Window

I'm looking for some help on this one.

I am using IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-16331C and when I
go to sites that open a link in a new window, the window
opens but does not bring in the new page to view. I have
tried to repair using the ie6setup/critical update but when
installing it advises that the certificate is not signed
and stops running.

I have worked on this for 2 weeks and can't get it fixed.
I have tried to restore the defaults on the browser and
still no luck. I'm having to use Netscape 7.1 which I
don't like.

Any suggestions?

KR,

When it prompts for iexplore.exe, point to the location
C:\windows\ServicePackFiles. it takes the updated iexplore.exe and
reinstallls IE.

Went to the site and downloaded fix. Installed fix (it was
looking for iexplore.exe on Win XP SP1 disc but could not
find) but, it appears to have corrected the issue.
