Items In The Start Menu Appearing Twice

For some reason recently the programs in the section above the most used
programs in the Start Menu (where usually Email and Internet are) have
started appearing twice in the list. Usually going into start menu properties
fixes it but it rehappens a while later although not a major problem it is
annoying...

Any idea what could cause this and how it can be fixed

If i do unpin both items disappear so its still one entry but for some
reason its showin up 2 times
 
You have something screwed up in the registry relating to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
and/or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
