Can anyone help. How do I create a "Pick List" by using a column of Data on
another sheet?

Pick from List, which you get from right-click on cell? No way for it, there
are displayed only non-interrupted entries up from cell.

But fhen you did mean the list from Data.Validation, then define the list on
another sheet as named range, and refer to this named range.
