it keeps trying to install iteself and won't stop

I am going to scream, I might even cry. I just had my
computer rebuilt a few weeks ago. All was fine. There was
an automatic update and msas was installed automatically.
Well, not really. It keeps trying to but can't download.
So I try to download it, it is and is all set, but.. the
prgram keeps trying to load. About once every minute. I
try to remove program , it does, but it keeps looping to
reinstall itself. I used an online company to fix it,
they couldn't. I called microsoft, and he was clueless
and said he couldn't help me anyways. I NEED SOME HELP. I
can't afford to get this rebuilt again, and I am not very
computer literate. I have scanned, adaware, and
everyother scan you can think of.I just want this to
stop. Please someone help me out.

This doesn't make sense. Microsoft AntiSpyware is not available as an
automatic update. What exactly is it that is trying to install and failing?
Can you try to quote the text of any dialogs or error messages that occur?
 
The installation wizard starts then wants me to click
next to download, i press cancel, and a few clicks later
i'm done. Then after less than a minute it pops up again.
It's hard to close out, and keeps repeating iteself.

Which application is it trying to download and install?

Download and install the Windows Installer Clean-Up utility from:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

Run the utility and select to CleanUp the application that keeps trying to
install, as identified above.
