I have spent considerable amount of time and effort in researching this
problem.
OS: Win XP PRO
DSL ISP: bellsouth.net
Browsers: IE6, Nesscape 8.0, Firefox 1.05; Opera 8.01
My problem is that they are all extremely slow and I gat a lot of this page
can not be displayed yet when I recycle, some time several times, the page
will display. I have verified my bandwidth is as good as I can expect since I
am at the outer limit for DSL. I have 1.5M DSL and I am acrually running at
approx 1.2M. Which is pretty good since I am 18000 feet from the central
office.
I have researched all I can find in this news group and tried most of the
solutions with no success.
I say it is a problem with Win XP because I have one system with three
drives and multiboot on it. I have Win XP Pro on drive C; clean Win XP Pro on
drive D, Win 2000 Pro on drive E with the same programs that is installed on
drive C. On this system Win XP Pro has the same problem on all drive C and
drive D.

I do not experience the problem with Win 2000 Pro on drive E.

I have two other system with Win XP Home on one and Win 2000 Pro on the
other. I experience the same problem on the Win XP Home system. I do not
experience the problem on the Win 2000 Pro System.

All systems are up to date with patches and updates. And I am postive I have
no spyware, adware or virus on any of the systems.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
