IT Guy Doesn't Know: SEND PAGE is greyed out

At work, my Send PAGE is greyed out. I had my IT guy come over and
reinstalled IE 6 but it still didnt get it back. No other users were
effected, Any ideas on how to get it ungreyed?

Hi Sam,
What page you are using to submit, a form, e-mail, Quiz, survey..etc.
Is your internet connection firing up and worknig fine ( i.e. Surfing the
web fast).
Are you using Outlook, word, excel, power point..etc t do that ?.
Here is a guess try to dwonload this tool and run it and see if it will
solve the issue:

The "Send Page" by email option is dependent on having a default email
program correctly specified/registered. What is your default email program?
I see you are posting via Outlook Express.

Make sure it's properly set in IE - Tools...Internet Options....Programs
tab.

If no joy, and OE is the default, go to Start...Run, type in (exactly w/
quotes):

"c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe" /reg

Or go to Start...Settings...Control Panel...Add/Remove, click on Set Program
Access and Default in the left menu to set the defaul email program from
there.
 
I am posting from home.

At work, we are using Novel Groupwise 6.5. We also use Corel Products
too. There is no problem in Sending Page by email from those apps.
Only IE seems to be effective. I seem to be the only one effective.

Thanks Nass, I already tried Kelly's tweaks previously and it didnt do
anything. I installed the Google Toolbar a while ago, so maybe that
somehow messed up the custom browser at work.
