It freezes

It has something to do with Roxio Easy CD Creator, I would try enable hidden
files and empty my temp directory.

This file belongs to Easy CD creator from Roxio.

Are you using this IMHO buggy program ?

If not uninstall it.

This is a bug appcompat issue that Bill must collect.
