it crashes after a while...

i have uninstalled ie7 but tried to use wmm. it still closes and sends error
report. doesn't save anything. so i start over and same thing. i just used it
last week with no problem, til ie7. even after uninstalling it, same problem.
can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? i also restored the computer to an
earlier time, but cant restore to before i had downloaded ie7.
