It always wants to install my printer again

I have installed my Xerox WorkCentre XE90fx under Windows
XP. Each time I boot the system my computer displays
the "Found new hardware"-wizard and wants to install
my "new" printer, although it already is installed and
working just fine. What can I do to make it stop doing
that? How can I switch off the found-new-hardware-wizard?

My computer is doing the same thing. I keeps on saying
found new printer and cant install it access is denied
although the printer is working fine i am getting tired
of that stupid box opening up and i cant clear it either
thanks
