It always wants the CD

This is driving me NUTS!
Every time this Win2K server boots it wants the CD and copies all kinds of
files.
All I can find on the knowlege base is a suggestion that File Protection can
not handle the name changes caused by a windows update and to apply the
latest service pack.
I have done Win2kSp3 THREE times. And still I get the same thing.
I am worried that all this file copying is over writing some of those SP
installs. MS always warns that if you install files from the CD then you
have to re-apply the SPs.
Please does anyone have a suggestion?

I'm assuming you have an up to date antivirus installed? If not
you may need one as this behaviour can be caused by a virus!!
