For a week now these programs have repeatedly
reintegrated back into my pc. I have scanned with
Mcafee, Ad-aware, Spybot, and The Cleaner. I delete
everything they find, but they're back the next day. I
don't know what to do next. Can anyone assist?

removed immediately. Please see additional details
regarding this process
check this one as well

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program
Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe

you must have installed it as its in program files.

.I have deleted it numerous times with Ad-aware to no
avail. It always returns. Apropos is now gone. Turn
off system restore, then run scan and remove. Then turn
system restore back on. Apropos should be gone. IST
won't die. I also found Dyfuca. This one won't go away
either no matter what I scan with.
