Almost everytime I connect to the internet, the MS
Spyware tool protects me from this software trying to
attach to my computer. The spyware removes it, but the
next day it tries again. Where is this coming from?

I am having the same problem. Microsoft Spyware removes
the IST.ISTbar.ContentMatchControl file but as soon as I
turned on my computer the file is back.

Restart in safe mode, press F8 during boot/start.
