IST.bar not completely removed.

i get the warning every now and then that IST.bar wants to
install and always at reboot. Its not in IE.. it doesnt
hijack, but i think this spyware is not totally removed
else it wouldnt warn every time again.

and yes i have run full scan, and updated defenitions

Or, use Ad-aware (or) SpyBot Search & Destroy.

Install either, or - update immediately since the latest definitions
are not shipped, out-of-the-box.
Run a full scan and report back your findings.
