ISSUSE WITH VISTA DOWNLOAD FILE SIZE

hi all i have an issuse with my downloads of Vista RC1, for the last couple
of days ive been trying to download the file from the official CPP site and
then it finishes it is only 2Gb in size. Now ive heard that it is ment to be
around the 2.6Gb size range so where is the missing 600 Megabytes. Ive
downloaded the file 4 times now and there all only 2Gb in size PLEASE HELP!!!!
 
You do realize you need to burn the .iso image to DVD - right? Don't know
what the exact size is.
