I've got a customer who is trying to use this software.
On her system, Business Contact Manager shows as
installed through Add/Remove Programs, as does Outlook,
but when she opens the Outlook software, she does not see
the "Business Contacts" item which is supposed to be on
the Outlook toolbar. I have tried running the repair
procedure described in the knowledgebase. I have tried
deleting and reinstalling the Business Contact Manager
and the Outlook software both (a couple of times). No
go. Please Email me any information or ideas you might
have on this.
