Issue with format of command buttons

Hi all..i have this odd issue..Access 2007. The layout format of the command
buttons
differ..and “tileâ€..Becoming almost double size etc etc... This especially
when my database is used on a different computer then the one created in...
Any one experienced this issue before?

What about the rest of the controls?
Are all the computer using the same resolution?

The rest of the controls are fine...but i will check out the resolution..good
