Help! I am doing an important presentation and can not figure this out...
I am creating a list of bullets and some have more then one line of text
associated. The additional lines 'hang' out a space to the left of the
bullet. I can not correct it manually by spacing or by usind the indent or
bullet buttons It looks sorta like this....

Thank you for putting in an illustration of the problem in your
request. When trying to reproduce the problem, I pounded on the
keyboard with great vigor. Somehow a carriage return was placed in a
line of text. It started a new line with a bullet. Not wanting a new
bulleted line here I backspaced to eliminate the bullet. The text was
placed to the left of the textbox. The problem was corrected by going
to the end of the first line and deleting one character. This brought
the indenting back into alignment with the text that contained the
bullet.
Hope this shoots down the wrongly indented scoundrel with proper
bullets.

Hi Ashley

If you need to create a second line either just keep typing
OR to force a new line without bullets and with correct indent :
Hold down SHIFT press ENTER

In addition to the other suggestions, you might need to change the bullet's
indent. This is often the case especially if you've added a textbox manually
to the slide (as opposed to typing in one of the preexisting placeholders --
where it says "click to add text").

To do this, turn on your ruler (View|Ruler) and drag the bottom indent
marker to place it as appropriate. Holding down the Ctrl button while
dragging will let you place with more precision.

Your suggestion worked - Thanks so much!!!
