Issue tracker package that comes with Frontpage 2003 beta 2 dosn't work

Hi every one, when I build a website using the issue tracker package that
comes with Frontpage 2003 beta 2 technical refresh I only get one
default.htm page which says "This is a placeholder for the Issues Package".
The other packages that came with the product work fine.

Are you asking how to make the Issue Tracker package work?
If so, you'll have to wait for the retail product, and
then determine if Microsoft finished this feature or
scrapped it.

If everything were finished and working, it wouldn't be a
beta release.

Well I just wanted to know if this package worked or if it was my
instalation that had the problem.
