ISO Tropical or Beach XP Themes

I am tired of the XP Theme that shipped with my copy of Windows XP Home
Ed. SP2. The ones that came with Plus! are ok. But I'd like to find
some Themes (complete pkg. Desktop, Icons, XP Styles, Screen Saver) that
I can d/l and install. Preferably Themes with a Caribbean look or Beach
Look. Free would be nice. TIA if you can point me to the best website.

I don't use themes, so I can't test them to see if they are complete packages or not, but most of them seem to have at least
wallpaper, icons, and color schemes at a minimum (some even have sound packs).

Try places like deviantART, Customize.org, and WinCustomize where they specialize in package themes.
