ISM - wher do i find it?

Help please! I cant find the Internet services manager.
Can somebody tell me where it is. Thanks. I have already
gone Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative tools and
its not there.

Try this... Start mmc.exe from the Start->Run menu, then select the
option for Add/Remove Snapin, pick Add, then select the Internet
Information Services (IIS) addin.

Note that you must have IIS installed on your machine - or - have the
Windows 2003 AdminPak installed.
