Isearch ???????

Somehow i have this Isearch bar on my tool bar and have lost my address bar ? Also my home page keeps switching to this Isearch page. Have tried to reset my home page unsucsessfully . When i click on internet options and try to get my address bar every option is greyed out. I have also tried to reset my computer to an earlier date but for some reason it will not reset ? Any ideas

Download a utility, Version 1.1. Automatic removal, to uninstall it
from here:

I got rid of the same problem with the go back feature. Maybe you need to reset to an earlier date. Also, if you go add/remove programs remove will direct you to their site to download a removal tool.
