anyone any ideas hot to get rid of this germ?? Microsoft
AntiSpyware picks it up but dosen't successfully clean it
up - suggests it has by showing all the relevant process's
(and by following the directories it suggests it has too
but reboot and its still there and so the vicious loop
continues

any ideas much appreciated

- Download/Install CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com

- Download/Install Lavasofts Adaware

- Restart in safe mode, press F8 during reboot

- Run CCcleaner and remove all temporarily junk.

- Run Adaware

- Run MSAS

- Restart
