A couple things will cause this. First main thing is if your client machines
(and DCs for that matter) have your ISP's DNS server addresses in their IP
properties, that will cause it to query them. If you have an AD
infrastructure, this is bad practice anyway. If you have your own DNS server
internally, only use that server and NOT the ISP (AD or no AD), and setup a
forwarder in your DNS server.
