Is Windows XP rejecting my install?

I'm trying to install Norton GoBack. I keep getting the error message,"Error
1406. Could not write value to key \CcWebWnd.ccWebWindow.1\CLSID. Verify that
you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support."

Please advise.

Symantec website might be more appropriate?
