Is win2000 Mas Storage Class compatible ?

Hello all,
I have seen on ebay compact flash card readers which
say that for windows me/xp they are Mass Storage
Class compatible. Could there be any reason for those
not to work on win2000 professional ?
 
They Plug 'n Play quite well under; Win2K SP3 or above, WinXP or WinME.

My favourite readers are made by SanDisk.
