Is this worm ?

Hello,

I have encountered a wierd thing. Only HTTP is disabled (neither I.E.
nor Netscape doesn't work), but I can FTP, Telnet and AIM.
Is this known WORM or is there any way to fix this ?
Any help is appreciated.

did you check with an updated AV?
