Maybe I've missed an announcement but
http://pricelessware.org/thelist/index.htm hasn't been updated since
last September.

Anyone know what is going on?

It is no longer updated.
http://www.pricelesswarehome.org/ is the current site, but at the mo it is
undergoing upgrades and so isn't accessible.
