Is this normal, I hear a very slight and constant
ticking sound it never changes speed or tone. You can
only hear it if you have the case open or if you are down
on the floor with your head very close to the computer. I
have a 2.8 ghz pentium mother board is 865 chipset 800
fsb intel. Nvidia quardo 128 , western digital 80 gb hard
drive, 1 gb ram, all packed up neatly in an antec server
case, with an enlight 420 power supply. I had a problem
with a sony cd/dvd burner so I had the case open to
trouble shoot. I checked all the 3 case fans the fan on
the processor , and the fan on the video card, none of
them have any cables near them (in fact all the cables
are neatly tied up with wire ties)and I checked them when
the computer was off and they spin
free.
