is this mono?

I'm trying to hook my pc to a TV.

The TV has rca phono looking plugs for audio/visual.

Is this plug mono? It would seem so. The mono thing would be because the
center and ground----one channel?

Your TV should have 3 rca style jacks, a yellow one for video and one red
and one white for audio.
 
Thanks all. Now, are there cables which will get me from pc audio to
single rca pin mono?

Or, do I use left or right side only?
 
You could use a Y connector and connect the red and the white.. Or, usually
just the red jack.
