Is this malware

Hi there

I did a scan with rootkit revealer and this is the output.
I am concerned that ad-adware ad-watch (real-time) is saying cftmon.exe is
trying reg. modification detected everytime I startup IE7 or microsoft
outlook the first time after bootup

HKLM\SECURITY\Policy\Secrets\SAC* 10/10/2005 17:35 0 bytes Key name contains
embedded nulls (*)
HKLM\SECURITY\Policy\Secrets\SAI* 10/10/2005 17:35 0 bytes Key name contains
embedded nulls (*)
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Cryptography\RNG\Seed 15/05/2007 08:15 80 bytes Data
mismatch between Windows API and raw hive data.
