Is this is a malicious I.P. ?

I've installed SP2 and also the lovely and free 12 month
subscription for Computer Associates (CA) Virus Scanner.
One of the first things that the CA Firewall detected was
an FTP connection, attempting to open I.P.
(213.35.101.4:FTP). I did an I.P. lookup for that I.P.
and it comes up OrgName of "RIPE Network Coordination
Centre", and the origin of the I.P. is Amsterdam,
Netherlands.

I have seen this same I.P. come up on my own personal
computer at the office here, as well as several other
PC's. The fact that it's from Amsterdam has me concerned.

What would a brand new computer, that all I did was plug
into our network to get critical updates from the
Internet, be showing a connection to an Amsterdam based
website for? I'm thinking my internal office network has
an active worm that has infected this new computer as soon
as I plugged into the network.

Thanks for any help you may provide.

Resolves to ftpav.ca.com -- seems to bee the FTP server that CA's virus
scanner gets its updates from :) Don't worry about it.
