is this card better than my current one?

I dont even need to open the link to say - dont bother.

Both are rubbish - save up for a decent one, aim for around £150/200 to compliment a system like that.
 
the minimum for new games is a 6600gt/ x800gto

and you will struggle sometimes with them.
