Is this a Virus?

I run Ad-Aware regularly and it finds these problems even I didn't install
any new programs.
today found 4 of them

Vendor: Tracking Cookie Category: Data Miner

Where do they come from?

Websites you visit. To minimise these cookies: Internet explorer,
properties, privacy, advanced, accept first party cookies, block 3rd
party cookies - that'll stop most of the 'doubleclick' and similar cr&p.

It is not avirus, Coocie is a little text-file many websites make in
your browsers cookie directory. They can't harm you but they can
submit information to websites about your browsing habits. That is why
Ad-Aware wiil clean them. Cleaning them is absolutely safe.
