is this a virus or bug?

can not find C:\Docume~!\Saeed\Local~\Temp\bill_1.html make sure the
internet address is correct.

when I try to install yahoo messenger ..

Any idea guys?

P.S: Internet connection is OK

That looks like a bug in the Yahoo installer; contact Yahoo for assistance.
