I tried to sign up for High Speed Internet in Balto, MD. They wanted both
my social security number and drivers license number. Is this normal?

Make sure to also give them:
1. Date of birth
2. Bank account #s
3. Credit Card #s, expiration dates, security codes.

Actually, the only thing you should give these guys is your middle finger.

And this has to do specifically with Vista because.... ?
