Well, it seems legit but are you subscribed to Microsoft
mailing list? Even if you are I would suggest you delete
it immediatly. Microsoft will almost never send you these
emails. If you have an antivirus program, ie Norton, you
should be fairly safe anyways, if you have their updates.
If you dont have the patch from microsoft and you fear
you could get this virus, run your updater that microsoft
gave you. If you dont know how to do this, check this
link and it will pull up any critical updates you need.

Subscribed Microsoft Security Bulletins always start out
with:

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

and end with

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE-----

Microsoft provides a downloadable PGP key to verify the
digital signature.

The subscribed security bulletins NEVER have an
attatchment. The bulletin only provides links to the
article(s) and details on how to obtain the patch.
